This beautiful birthday girl was quite the ham for me and I just loved both her portraits AND her cake smash. Her mommy says that she loves music, so we chose to do a music themed smash!

When Jackson’s mommy contacted me about a birthday cake smash session, I was excited for two different reasons. First, I haven’t seen Jackson since his newborn session, and she mentioned that his room has a nautical theme and I couldn’t wait to design something around that idea!!! Ebony (of Tutu Cute Cakes by Ebony) and I had a blast coming up with this cake and background for the smash – enjoy a peek at Jackson’s birthday portraits!

The idea of a monster themed cake smash was so exciting and this little guy did not disappoint – he grinned SO BIG that it was impossible not to smile right along with him! And even when he gave me his serious grump face, I cracked up! Happy Birthday, T!
