Raegan’s mommy came all the way from Williamsburg for her maternity session and then brought her beautiful 3 week old baby girl to the studio. Here’s a sneak peek for her daddy who got to come home from Afghanistan to meet her, but is already back there missing her, I’m sure. Here you go, Daddy – here’s your princess!!!

The little details are so precious – it’s what all parents love about their newborn. The little fingernails and toes, the flaky skin and tiny puckered lips….it goes by so fast and capturing the details is so fun! Enjoy little Lucee and her itty bitty baby bits:

Oliver was the absolute perfect model for me when he came into the studio. I had so much fun posing him and got some of my absolute all-time favorite newborn images during his session!

I am always honored when a friend asks me to capture her family or newborn, so when my scrapbooking buddy contacted me before the birth of her third child, I was super excited! We always do our best to capture siblings when possible and that was one of the goals for this session. I am so happy to share these – it was fun to capture this beautiful family!

I must admit to being a bit nervous about photographing sweet Ellie for the first time. You see, her parents are former OpLove clients and Love Story Contest winners…and Ellie and her mommy had some medical challenges that kept her away from my studio for a couple weeks. But you would never have known that she was 3 weeks old from the way she slept! She was a breech baby, so she loved having her little toes up by her head and was so soft and snuggly! I am honored to have captured her first professional portraits and hope to be able to share more of her growth in the future!
