You can’t tell from these pictures, but it was about 40 degrees the morning of this session and the wind was just frigid! We ventured to downtown Norfolk to capture this family as they are anticipating the arrival of their newest addition. They were such troopers in the cold – and I know they’re probably wondering if there are any good shots, especially since at one point, both the expectant mom and her little girl were visibly shivering! But we had a good time anyway and I hope they enjoy this little peek:
This little one gave me a run for my money – she reminded me so much of my daughter at this age. But those eyes are beautiful dark chocolate pools! And I can tell she’ll be a great big sister since she loves her baby doll so much!
It was so cold that I didn’t even think to get this gorgeous belly without the shirt — yes, it was THAT cold! I typically have all my poses thought out ahead of time, but my brain must’ve been as chilled as my fingers. I must say, I do love this close-up as much as any of the bare bellies I’ve taken:
Just one more – aren’t they the cutest family? I can’t wait to meet their sweet new baby boy in April!
