How Do I Vote For An Image?

Round 1 voting is as easy as pie (or cake… we love cake). Here’s how to cast your vote right here on this page:

1️⃣ Scroll down and find the portrait that’s stolen your heart. Make a note of the image number and the baby’s name. ✨

2️⃣ At the top or bottom of this page, you’ll see a voting form (they’re twins—use whichever you like!).

3️⃣ Fill out the form, select the image # you’re voting for, and hit send.

Boom, you’re done! Now go grab yourself a coffee—you’ve earned it. ☕

What Are The Prizes?

1st Place: A Birthday Session for YOUR BABY!

You read that right—we’re giving away a full birthday portrait session, including the digital files, to celebrate your little one! We know they’ve grown SO MUCH since we last saw them, and this is the perfect way to capture it.

Here’s the deal:

• If your baby’s newborn photo is in the contest, you win a 1st Birthday Cake Smash Session.

• If it’s their cake smash photo, you win a 2-Year-Old Portrait Session—cake optional (but who doesn’t love cake?!).

2nd Place: 16×20 Canvas

We’re hooking you up with a stunning 16×20 gallery-wrapped canvas of your favorite image from your session! Whether it’s the perfect centerpiece for your home or the ultimate gift for friends or family, this beauty is ready to wow. ✨

3rd Place: Free Session Fee of Your Choice

Yep, you heard that right—even THIRD PLACE is a win in our book! Been daydreaming about a magical family session, epic senior portraits for your oldest, or one of our out-of-this-world themed sessions (mermaids or wizards, anyone?)? This prize has your name all over it. Your session fee? Totally on us. You only pay for the portraits you fall in love with after they’re captured. Let’s make that dream shoot happen! ✨

How Can I Win?

Step one: Tell everyone. Seriously, the more people you rally to back you up, the better your chances. Share this on Facebook, text your group chats, shout it from the rooftops—whatever it takes.

Pro tip: We’ll be sharing this on Instagram for the final round too, so don’t forget to repost it and tag your crew. Families who get their friends and fam to vote like it’s their full-time job tend to clean up in these contests.

The Rules.

Here’s how it’s gonna go down:

• Round 1 will be from January 2nd to January 8th — happening right here on our website. Only one vote per person, so make it count!

• After Round 1, we’ll narrow it down to 15 top images based on your votes.

• Round 2 will be January 9th to 12h — time to head over to Facebook and vote again!

• Then, after Round 2, we’ll trim it down to 5 images that move on to the final round.

• Round 3 will be January 13th to 15th — this time, it’s on Instagram.

• Prizes will go to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners on January 16th, 2025.

• Oh, and votes reset after each round, so keep those votes coming!

– Grand prize winner MUST schedule their session between January 25th 2025-December 15th 2025 during normal weekday business hours or the prize will be forfeited

– Session must be held at the Kimberlin Gray Photography portrait studio in Virginia Beach, VA.

– Expect 25 images from the session if you are a grand prize winner.

– Must be 16 years or older to vote

– The winner is responsible for all transportation costs to and from the studio

– No prize may be transferred or substituted for its cash value
