We welcomed home the sailors of the USS Forrest Sherman and I was so glad to be there to capture these special moments!

Sweet four month olds – it’s so amazing to see how they grow in just the first few months.  Truly a joy to have them back in the studio for the first of their Milestones Plan sessions!!!

Sweet Lucy returned to the studio for her first birthday cake smash and I was so excited to use this vintage candy shoppe backdrop for her smash!  Her mommy also brought the fluffiest tutu I’ve ever seen for her birthday portraits!!

8 months is one of my favorite ages – and I was so excited to see these babies return to the studio for their eight month milestone sessions!  It is always really amazing to see how much they’ve grown and changed in just a few months.

This Australian themed cake smash absolutely rocked!  Since his daddy is from Australia, we decided to take those elements and really celebrate.  What a fun time we had smashing, too!

We are so excited to welcome Olivia to the family – her daddy is a HUGE University of Michigan fan, so we incorporated some maize & blue into the scheme!!  And, of course, she’s our little love bug!  <3

When I photographed this mama-to-be for the first time, her husband was deployed for most of her pregnancy and for the birth of their little boy.  This time, I was so excited when she said that he would actually be home for the maternity portraits and hopefully for the birth as well!

When they asked to have the session at the family property, I jumped at the chance to try something new and push myself and I’m so excited to share the results! Can’t wait to meet this little guy when he finally makes his appearance this spring!
