The Baby Plan session includes two session at the 6 & 12 month Milestones

*6 month Session – usually scheduled when baby is sitting up completely unassisted (between 6-7 months usually)

*12 month Cake Smash Session – full portrait session with custom cake smash

What is the benefit of the Baby Plan vs. booking sessions individually?

Booking individually, the booking fees are $200 for the 6 month and $325 for the cake smash. If you had a newborn session with us, you get to sign up for the baby plan for only $250!! If you are new to Kgp, you get the baby plan for $350. So there is a big discount for bundling the two sessions!

How many outfits/pictures do I get with the 6 month session?

Our 6 month session is usually 30-45 minutes long and includes siblings and parents. 6 month old babies don’t have a long attention span and get tired easily, so we work fast to get the best smiles and break for feeding or soothing if needed. We usually have time for 2-3 outfit and set changes with this session (depending on how your baby is feeling that day) and usually results in a gallery of 15-20 images.
 

How does the cake smash work?  

You get to choose the theme or color scheme of the cake smash – don’t worry, we have suggestions if you aren’t sure!  We will chat about the style you love and provide everything (cake, cake stand, background decor, etc) to create a unique and beautiful set for your baby’s birthday celebration! We do portraits first (so that baby is clean for those!!) of baby alone AND with siblings and/or parents and we have an adorable little clawfoot tub for babies to clean up and have some cute bubble bathtime portraits after!! It’s like three sessions in one!

What is (and is not) included with the Session Fee?

The booking fee for the Baby Plan is in place of paying for each session fee individually throughout the year. It includes access to all the props & backdrops in our studio as well as a pre-session consultation to be sure we’re styling with the end product in mind. You will come in for the Big Reveal after each session and purchase the collection that works best with your gallery and your family’s needs. At the end of the year, you will receive a hanging wood block collage with your favorite image from each session (newborn, 6mo, 1y for previous newborn clients or 6mo & 1 year duo for new families)
