It’s one thing to hire a professional photographer, it’s another thing to have printed heirlooms and keepsakes of your precious family memories displayed in your home.

Most families invest between $1000-$3000 on their portrait experience with Kimberlin Gray Photography.

How it Works:

1 – THE BOOKING FEE secures your time on our calendar and allows us to schedule your design consultation, either on the phone or in our studio so that we can completely customize your session. The booking fee does not include digital files or products. They are purchased after your session at the ordering appointment.

Maternity & Milestone Booking Fee – $200
Newborn & Cake Smash Booking Fee – $325

2 – THE DESIGN CONSULTATION is where we will talk through all the details of your session. Our goal is to customize your session to fit your personal style & your home decor. We begin with the end in mind, so the best way to do that is for you to come into our studio to see all of our amazing products and studio props in person to best plan for your session.

3. THE SESSION is always fun! We keep it light and enjoyable for parents and kids. Even dads report that they had a good time and are pleased with how quickly and easily we work with their families!

4. THE “BIG REVEAL” is your ordering appointment which takes place about 2 weeks after your session. This is your in-person ordering appointment where you will see the final image proofs in a larger than life slideshow. We are on hand to help you make decisions that fit your style and budget and have samples of all of our wall art and album options for you to browse.

5. THE ARTWORK you choose is available for pick up around 3-4 weeks after your ordering appointment at our studio. We have convenient pick up hours during daytime and evening hours for families to come and see their finished art. Then you can enjoy it for years to come in your own home!

More about THE ORDERING APPOINTMENT:

The ordering appointment is where the fun peaks! Here, you’ll get to see your images projected onto our 50” screen in a slideshow set to music. Amanda will walk you through creating an art piece for your home. She’ll help you select the images that will work best for your end goals, and help you narrow down HOW you want to display them. We offer 5 different wall finishes which are ready to hang, and 3 different albums, along with special keepsake boxes. At the ordering appointment you will submit your complete product order, and you will receive any ordered digital images within 24 hours!
