The winter months are typically very difficult for the outdoor portrait photographer. This winter has been especially cold and even SNOWY here in Virginia Beach and it has taken me by surprise! So, I have been experimenting with branching out in my home studio lately. Because the space is small, I have not taken anyone other than newborns and babies previously. So, a maternity shoot was in order and I knew just the person. This baby may arrive before I have all the proofs ready – and I know that Baby “C”‘s mommy probably wouldn’t be sad about that. I remember being 38 weeks pregnant all too well! I hope these sneak peeks bring a bit of joy to the next few weeks of waiting, K!
